My perspective on the world and the transformative power of coaching
I envision a world where everyone can fully realize their potential, make confident choices, and lead lives that are rich with purpose and fulfillment.
My purpose and mission as a transformative coach
I often describe myself as a gardener, tending to the inner beauty of each person—their true potential.
I guide people through periods of change, supporting them in discovering their own path and daring to live a life full of purpose and meaning.
My personal values
At the foundation is integrity: honoring your commitments, even when the journey is harder or more demanding than anticipated.
Supporting this core are values that guide me: equanimity—maintaining emotional balance and using resilience to navigate life’s challenges; courage—acting decisively when needed; compassion—blending deep empathy with meaningful action to improve situations; and patience—recognizing that true accomplishments require time, careful timing, and persistent effort, which have consistently yielded positive results.
How I work
I approach coaching as an intentional process, consisting of multiple sessions spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart. While our sessions are crucial, the most profound growth often occurs in the time between them.
Initial Discovery Session (90 min)
In this first session:
We define the coach–coachee alliance and agree on how we will collaborate throughout the coaching journey.
We set clear objectives that the coachee wishes to achieve.
We explore the coachee’s life purpose and personal values, laying the foundation for all subsequent sessions.
Ongoing Sessions
Each session begins with the coachee presenting a topic they want to work on.
Typically, each session generates actionable steps for the coachee to implement before the next meeting.
It is between sessions that most transformative learning occurs. These developments are reviewed at the start of the following session.
Final Session
During the final session, we conduct a comprehensive retrospective, allowing the coachee to integrate all learnings and evaluate the achievement of their coaching goals.
It’s people who make the difference
Throughout my career in technology, I have participated in numerous projects and led many of them. Some teams were all-male (a common reality in tech), others mixed, some comprised individuals from a single country, while others were multicultural teams spread across multiple international locations.
Though technologies have shifted over time, the true differentiator between success and failure has always been the people.
My purpose as a project or team leader goes beyond achieving objectives—it is to foster learning and growth, enabling people to bring out their best.
This path naturally led me to coaching, as a way to accompany people in their growth. I trust in their potential to solve challenges independently, and with every obstacle we overcome together, they flourish—and I grow alongside them.
